We have always used another tree service and we're happy. However, this time we had an 80' Sycamore tree in a small grassy area surrounded by two driveways. one town road, utility lines and our house. We wanted to get some estimates. A friend saw an ad for Osorio so I called. The woman who answered said they'll be by the next morning for an estimate. Exactly on time Marvin and his son Christian arrived and gave us an estimate that sounded too good to be true. Marvin said he could have the trucks and crew here in an hour and be done in less than four hours. We said okay, and within an hour a huge crane truck and another two trucks arrived One with a stump grinder and the other with a mulcher to grind up all the limbs. A crew of 10 men went to work and within a little over 3 hours, had the tree down and removed, driveways and road blown clean and the stump gone and the hole neatly filled with mulch. I'm telling you, these guys were courteous, neat and worked very hard so as to leave no trace they were even here!! They are now our "Tree Guys!"

Osorio Tree Service was the best I've ever seen. These men did an amazing job in cutting my tree. They all worked so hard and together at all times. Never have I seen such great team work. They knew exactly what to do and how to do it. I was very impressed by their professionalism and knowledge of cutting the tree and cleaning everything after to perfection. I highly recommend them! You will not be disappointed!

Osario did extensive tree work at both my house and my mom's. From start to finish, they were reliable, honest, punctual, and friendly. They gave a fair quote for tree and brush removal, answered ALL of our many questions, arrived when they said they would, and did all the work for the quoted price. They were very respectful of the property, especially important considering the machinery they brought with them, and cleaned everything up at the end of the job. From start to finish this has been a wonderful experience for what most people associate [tree removal] as stressful.

When Marvin (owner) first arrived to provide a quote, he was almost as comparable to other quotes I had received, EXCEPT....his was better. More trees cut down and their stumps were removed for the same price. He also pointed out other potential problems with some other trees which were also taken down. No pressure to get the other trees was ever exhibited.

Getting on the schedule was quick and easy thanks to Jackie. She was a pleasure to deal with whenever I needed to contact them.

As for the crew...

They showed up 10 minutes before they were scheduled. They confirmed which trees were being cut down and went on with the job. They took great care with any obstacles potentially in the way. As my neighbor wanted the wood, they cut all the wood into 16in. sections and stacked them neatly into two separate piles. All debris was raked up and hauled away.

I did not hire through Home Advisor, but I am happy to leave this review. After seeing the video on the Osorio website, I called for an appointment, after which we made arrangements to proceed. Very professional business owner and what an impressive team of men! They arrived bright and early and ready to work. Unlike many other companies, *the boss* was on site. A bunch of nice guys who know their stuff, and amazing to watch them do it. I think they are miracle workers and would hire Osorio Tree Service again in a heartbeat.
